To protect our service-users from any potential risk from the Coronavirus, Disability North Advisors will not be attending home visits or holding appointments until further notice. The Dene Centre remains closed to the public.
In line with Government guidance, where possible the Disability North team are now working from home. We are still delivering our services remotely and Disability North is contactable by phone (0191 284 0480) or email (reception@disabilitynorth.org.uk).
Our Welfare Benefits and Direct Payment Service Teams continue to provide information and appointments over the phone. Everyone scheduled to attend an appointment at the Dene Centre will be contacted by their Advisor so that alternative arrangements can be made.
These changes will not impact our Payroll clients.
