Self Employed Personal Assistant – MRYOR

Hours: 35-45 per week

Rate of Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour (weekday/weekend)

Area: York – YO23 3QX

 

Brief details of the job:

A PA to join a team of 2 (making 3 overall) in the care of an 8-year-old boy, with a wide range of complex needs across the health and behaviour spectrum.

The PA will need bags of energy, a natural love of “playing and entertaining” children (the little boy has global delay so imagine a very active 8-year-old with the cognitive skills of a 9–12-month-old…).

Experience of SEND care provision would be helpful, but not essential, our current team both came from nurseries and say that the job is more personal, the environment more loving, and more rewarding.

A car driver is very much preferred (WAV provided) and we are keen to cover weekend hours, as well as exploring options within the teams to cover some nights, so as support can be provided for the early mornings.
