You should:
âś… Hold a clean driving licence and be comfortable driving a Motability vehicle.
âś… Be ready to assist with a variety of personal care, as well as support in home, work, and social environments.
âś… Be a team player who can also work independently when needed.
âś… Be reliable, adaptable, and committed to empowering others.
Shift Details:
Shift times are typically split between morning, afternoon, and evening, ensuring varied and dynamic days. We are a collaborative team and are open to discussing shifts in more detail to create a schedule that works for everyone.
Additional Information:
- This role is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 (schedule 9, paragraphs 1–4).
- The position requires an enhanced DBS check, paid for by the employer.
