A SPECIALIST college for young adults with learning difficulties in Consett. It was formed 10 years ago to provide care for children with complex needs after they left special schools. Later, the college was developed further to include educational courses.
The college, previously known as Real Choice College, had its official re-branding on December 7, 2016. It now supports 43 young adults, five days a week, 51 weeks a year. It receives financial support from the Education Funding Agency and local authorities.
