I create and deliver training and workshops, sharing my lived experience of disability and knowledge gained from friends, colleagues, job roles and adventures along the way. This brings the sessions to life.
Inclusivity is my passion and I strive to encourage everyone to break down barriers, which enables disabled people to contribute and do everything we want in life.

I love a good cup of tea and cuddles with my little dog, Annie McFluff!
