Family Support Worker /PA for a 12-year-old Boy

 

To support a single parent family with a boy 12 years old with Muscular Dystrophy with fun outings, medical treatments, appointments and busy daily family life. Currently physical care needs are low.

Some of the tasks will include:

Day trips, shopping, cinema, medical appointments, hydrotherapy, supporting Mam with daily family life, school collections

Full driving licence preferred.
