Do you enjoy sports, fitness, and helping others thrive? We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Personal Assistant to support a young adult with autism to get involved in community activities and hobbies.

This isn’t your typical care role – it’s about being a companion, motivator, and activity partner. From football chats (especially Newcastle United ⚫⚪) to gym sessions, running, and tennis, you’ll be helping build confidence, independence, and enjoyment.

✨ What you’ll do:

• Support access to sports and leisure activities
• Provide transport and join in the fun
• Build confidence and encourage independence
• Offer friendly companionship and conversation

💡 About you:

• Active, positive, and enjoys sports
• Patient, friendly, and has a good sense of humour
• Confident communicator who can build rapport
• Driver with own car (business insurance required)
