Direct Payments give you more choice and control over your care and support. We’re here to help you understand them and manage everything with confidence.

We are the commissioned provider for Newcastle City Council, and for people living in Newcastle our Direct Payment Support 
is completely free.

For people living in the rest of the North East or York, we work in partnership with your local council, which funds your support. If you live outside of these areas, support can usually be funded through your Direct Payment Account and we’re here to talk you through your options.

Our payroll support.

Managing payroll can feel complicated, especially when you’re juggling care, responsibilities and daily life. Our in-house payroll team makes the process simple, handling payslips, tax, National Insurance, pensions and HMRC submissions to keep everything accurate and compliant. Many of our team have lived experience of using Direct Payments and understand the realities behind the paperwork.
