Personal Assistant – JOSNY Needed in South Milford, Leeds

Hours of work: 4 hours every other weekend and an additional 4 hours a week during school holidays. Flexibility with days and times.

Rate of pay: £13.75 per hour. Workplace pension, holiday pay.

Full Clean Driving Licence and own Vehicle Essential

I am looking for a personal assistant during the school holidays. I am 20 year old, male and I have learning disabilities, physical disabilities and epilepsy. I would like an assistant to have similar interests to me.

You will need to be reliable and consistent. Your role will include being a friend and companion, supporting me to be as independent as possible with pre-planning travel and managing money whilst out, without making me feel I am with a carer.

I enjoy going to the cinema, bowling and go-karting as well as gaming. I am very interested in superheroes, especially The Avengers and I enjoy swimming and football. I would like to meet up with my friends more often.

You will be responsible for my care and safety whilst we are out together. Hours and days are flexible during school holidays and weekends. £13.75 per hour. Pre agreed expenses will also be covered such as food and drink and travel.

You will be required to have an enhanced DBS check before the role can commence. I am based near Selby.
